CAM GIRL is a feature film. This site exists to announce it and to let you sign up for release news. This notice explains what information the site collects and what happens to it.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you join the mailing list. When you sign up we also record the time, your browser type, and the page that sent you here, stored with your address. We use this to spot fake signups.
• Anything you send us, if you email press@thecamgirlmovie.com. We keep press correspondence for as long as we are working with you on it.
• Usage data, once analytics goes live. We plan to add Google Analytics to count visits. It would collect approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you view, using cookies. The site sets no analytics cookies today, and where the law requires it we will ask for your consent with a banner before any are set.

How we use it

We use your email address to send you news about the film, because you asked for it when you signed up. That consent is the legal basis, and you can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing. We keep the signup metadata to protect the list from abuse, which is a legitimate interest. Nobody buys, rents, or borrows this list.

Who processes it

The site runs on Vercel, a US hosting company, and your email address is stored there. That means your information can be processed in the United States under Vercel's data processing terms. When we pick the platform that will send the newsletter, your address will be processed by that platform too. We will name it on this page before any addresses move to it.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, or until the campaign for the film ends. Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you. You can ask us to correct it or delete it, to stop using it, or to hand you a copy. You can withdraw consent whenever you like. Email press@thecamgirlmovie.com and we will answer within a month. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority. Depending on where you live, local law may give you further rights, and they apply regardless of what this page says.

Age

This site promotes an adult-themed film and is intended for visitors who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us their details, email us and we will delete them.

Changes

If we change how the site handles your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
